‘Patrice Baldwin is a rarity. She is one of the few primary drama experts left in this country and quite possibly the most experienced and effective drama primary teacher. Teachers on her courses come away feeling more confident and with a broader repertoire. Her work is excellent.’
Pie Corbett

‘Patrice uses drama conventions to create opportunities for pupils to secure their learning in new and deeper ways. Her course opened doors for colleagues which they would not have believed possible. In everything she does, she walks delegates through the materials, and discusses the impact this has on children’s learning. Absolutely brilliant!’
Mary Myatt, Lead Inspector

Drama for Thought, Talk and Writing Hubs (D4TTW)

This is a new initiative for school hubs and is being initially piloted in East Anglia from September 2015.

A limited number of school hubs now have the opportunity to work in a sustained way with highly qualified drama specialist teachers, using Drama Strategies and ‘whole class drama’ strategically, to improve children’s thought, talk and writing.

Ely, Peterborough North and West Norfolk coast are the first areas setting up D4TTW hubs. If you have a hub of schools that would like to be involved from either Spring or Summer Term 2016, contact Patrice Baldwin.
