Action Learning Facilitation

(Higher Level – ISL Recognised)

Patrice is a qualified Action Learning Facilitator (Higher-Level) recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Action Learning offers a mutually supportive, non-judgmental, developmental approach to professional development and school improvement.

Patrice is trained and qualified to facilitate Action Learning sets (with a maximum of 8 members), e.g. separate sets of Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, subject leaders, Early Career Teachers, etc. Following the initial session, those who choose to continue, will need to commit to attending 5 more confidential online meetings of 3 hours.
