Booking Terms and Conditions for Conferences, Courses and School Based Training, Advice and Support
Please ensure that you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.
Confirmation & Joining Instructions
Full payment must be received in advance of conferences and courses to validate bookings. Once you have submitted this booking form an invoice will be sent by email to the address you have supplied; we require payment within 28 days. We reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee of £25 to cover the costs incurred through chasing late payment.
In the event that the training is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be refunded the full price of the fee paid or offered the option to attend at a future date. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations made by delegates is the exclusive responsibility of the individual.
In the event of cancellation by the school, where a replacement delegate cannot be sent, Patrice Baldwin reserves the right to collect fees at a rate of:
15 days or more before delivery is scheduled – 50% of full fee
14 days or less before delivery is scheduled – 100% of full fee.
School based Advice and Support and/or school based INSET sessions led by Patrice Baldwin
Following completion of the advice and support visit or visits and/or training event, an invoice will be sent by email to the address you have supplied. We require payment within 28 days.
Information submitted on your booking form will be stored and processed electronically for the purposes of delivering conference services and to enable statistical analysis. Your data will not be passed to any third parties.
