A one day workshop for those who are already reasonably confident about teaching Coding but nonetheless would value an opportunity to extend and deepen their knowledge, skills and understanding in this area. The course will include using the Crumble Controller, Microbit and Raspberry Pi.
You will be sure to come away with greater knowledge, skills and understanding about the teaching of coding in your classroom and school.

Sarah is a master teacher for Computing At School (CAS) and has been a Regional Co-ordinator for CAS since 2015.
An experienced primary teacher, Sarah has taught ICT throughout her primary school and has recently implemented the new computing curriculum with an emphasis on programming. She is also a Raspberry Pi certified educator and has worked, as a teacher trainer for Primary Computing and as an Associate Tutor for Computing at Manchester Metropolitan University (Autumn 2015).
