A mainly ‘hands-on’ practical day for beginners and those who want to learn more about coding in the primary school.
Using a variety of program’s such as Scratch, Kodu, HTML and Codebug, this course will enable you to become more knowledgeable, skilled and confident about the teaching of coding in your classroom.

Sarah Zaman
Sarah is a master teacher for Computing At School (CAS) and has been a Regional Co-ordinator for CAS since 2015.
An experienced primary teacher, Sarah has taught ICT throughout her primary school and has recently implemented the new computing curriculum with an emphasis on programming. She is also a Raspberry Pi certified educator and has worked, as a teacher trainer for Primary Computing and as an Associate Tutor for Computing at Manchester Metropolitan University (Autumn 2015).
